Chad Norman
Managing Partner

Chad Norman has been in the financial and consulting business for over 17 years. He has completed over $2B in financing commitments for developmental and early commercial stage companies. Most recently, he was a Managing Partner at Credo 180 Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was Managing Director for life sciences at Hercules Capital. He began his finance career in 2002, where he was one of the founding members of Oxford Finance Corporation, leading the life-sciences investments for the East Coast and Europe. Prior to joining Oxford, he was an associate director of sales and marketing for the Corporate Executive Board, a publicly-listed strategic consulting firm in Washington, DC. Before joining the Corporate Executive Board, he was also a lecturer at the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, China.

Chad received a Masters degree from the London School of Economics and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. from North Carolina State University. He is a former combat medic in the United States Army. Chad was one of M&A Advisor’s 40 Under 40 Award winners in 2015 for his work in the venture debt market. Chad holds his series 79 and his series 63 and is fully registered with FINRA.

Nick Dibari
Managing Partner

Nick has been underwriting and structuring debt financings in the capital markets for over 25 years as the founder of The DiBari Group. In 2006, he changed the business model to work with his clients in an advisory capacity that included debt placements of all structures ranging from lease lines of credit, working capital facilities, M&A financing, structured and leveraged loans, convertible debt as well as equity placements. Nick has personally overseen over $5B in capital commitments in his career.

Nick changed the well-known DiBari Group name to Credo180 Capital Partners in 2015. Nick handled all underwriting and sourcing activities for client companies in the biotech, medical device, healthcare IT and services, hardware, software, and clean tech industry segments.

Nick graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BS in International Business and a concentration in Spanish.   Nick holds his Series 79 and Series 63 and is fully registered with FINRA as an Investment Banker.

Jeff Becker
Principal

Jeff Becker has been in the venture debt industry for over 7 years. Prior to co-founding Gemini in early 2019, he was a Vice President on the Debt Strategies team at GPB Capital. Before joining GPB, he worked at Hercules Capital for six years where he held positions of increasing responsibility and most recently was a Vice President. During his tenure at Hercules, he focused on debt and equity investments in life sciences companies.

Jeff graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. from Santa Clara University. He majored in finance and minored in economics, entrepreneurship and international business.
